Currently, THAI in-flight Wi-Fi service is available only on Airbus 380-800, 350-900, selected 330-300, and Boeing 787.
Special Note: These services are proscribed when flying over certain countries such as India.

- Tap on the ‘OnAir” / “THAI_SkyConnect” hotspot option.
- Afterward, Launch the Web Browser and complete registration.
